Deleting your Reround account

You can delete your Reround account yourself at any time, from inside the Reround app. This page explains how, what deletion removes, and what stays behind and why.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Reround app and sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately. You do not need to contact us. If you no longer have the app installed, install it again from the app store and sign in; deleting your account works the same way.

If you cannot use the app

If you are unable to sign in or to use the app, write to info@reround.fi from the email address your Reround account uses and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to verify that the account is yours. We will confirm once it is done, within 30 days of receiving your request.

What is deleted

• Your Reround account and sign-in identity: your name, email address and profile picture as received from your Google or Microsoft sign-in.
• Your access to every organisation and property you belong to. Your memberships are removed, which is what revokes your access.
• Any pending invitations addressed to your email address.

What is kept, and why

Inventory recorded in Reround — products, units, locations, photos and their status history — belongs to the organisation whose inventory it is, not to the individual member who entered it. It stays with that organisation when you delete your account. This is deliberate: a person leaving an organisation must not be able to erase that organisation's asset register. If you want that data removed, the organisation that owns it has to ask us.

We also keep whatever the law requires us to keep, such as accounting records.

If you are an organisation's only administrator

You cannot delete your account while you are the only administrator of an organisation. It would leave the organisation with nobody able to manage it, and no way to repair that. Make another member an administrator first, then delete your account. The app shows an error if you try before doing so.
